If due to any reasons, you are not satisfied with our services, you can seek a refund according to the following conditions. You can claim full refund if you have not availed your consultation yet.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
— if part of your treatment duration has lapsed and part of the agreed number of consultations have been taken.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
